Harrington House wedding information:

Small intimate weddings for up to 24 persons. The Harrington House Beachfront Bed & Breakfast is a beautiful setting for your special day! Many couples have exchanged vows in our romantic gazebo or on the white sandy beaches. The staff at the Harrington House is happy to assist you with your plans for a fabulous Florida wedding. We have three Wedding Packages for up to 22 guests to choose from:

Simple and Sweet – $1,649 plus taxes includes private section of the Beach or Gazebo, changing room for Bride (starting at 12pm), Officiant for ceremony and filling out of marriage license, flowers for Bride and Groom, mini-wedding cake, and up to 20 white plastic chairs includes set up, 20×20 tent rental available for additional $240 (sides are an additional $20 per side). For an additional $250, a photographer will be available for one hour.

Tropical Dream Wedding – $2,729 plus taxes includes private section of the Beach or Gazebo, changing room for Bride (starting at 12pm), Officiant for ceremony and filling out of marriage license, Wedding Arch with fresh floral arrangement or palm trees, fresh floral Bridal bouquet and fresh floral Groom’s boutonniere, 20 white plastic chairs includes set-up, photographer, wedding cake (serves 20+), 20×20 tent rental available for additional $240 (sides are an additional $20 per side).

Complete Tropical Dream Wedding – $4,379 plus taxes includes private section of the Beach or Gazebo, changing room for Bride (starting at 12pm), Officiate for ceremony and filling out of marriage license, Wedding Arch with fresh floral arrangement or palm trees, fresh floral Bridal bouquet and fresh floral Groom’s boutonniere, 20 white plastic chairs includes set-up, photographer, wedding cake (serves 24+), dinner for up to 22 guests (choose from wedding menu below), 20×20 tent rental available for additional $240 (sides are an additional $20 per side).

Wedding Menu Appetizers:

Chilled Shrimp Cocktail with cocktail sauce $12 per dozen

Fruit, cheese and cracker tray $30 small $45 medium

Bruschetta Tray (basil pesto, roasted red peppers and parmesan) $15 small $30 medium 

Caprese skewers with balsamic glaze $30 small $45 medium

Polynesian meatballs (sweet and sour sauce) $15 small $30 medium

 

Dinners: Choice of two (exact guest count and menu choices are needed two weeks prior to event) $29.95 per-dinner All dinners include non-alcoholic beverage, seasonal vegetable, choice of wild rice or roasted rosemary red potatoes, Caesar or house salad with a Balsamic vinaigrette, herb butter and savory Hawaiian rolls.

Steak Provençale (portabella mushroom & fresh thyme-demi glace)

Baked Salmon Florentine (spinach, tomato, and fresh herb cream)

Sauteed Capt. Jack’s Chicken (chicken breast, artichoke hearts, capers, & tarragon sauce)

Fresh catch of the day- Scampi (basil, mushrooms, tomato, and garlic butter)

Pasta dinner 16 servings or 24 servings Lasagna– vegetarian or beef & sausage $229 – $339

Dinner includes non-alcoholic beverage, Caesar salad, and garlic bread

 

Kid’s Menu (children 12 and under) $12.95 

Choice of Grilled cheese with applesauce or Baked Chicken Tenders with applesauce

Wedding Desserts Mini Wedding Cake (bride & groom only) $35

Cupcakes $1 each 10 x 6 wedding cake (25-35 servings)

Butter cream icing (toppers and filling not included) $130 Delivery charge $30 from local bakery on above items

Made here at the Harrington House: Chocolate Covered Strawberries $29.95 a dozen

Homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies $9.95 a dozen

21% gratuity added to all receptions

Additional cost for more flowers or different bouquet, add-ons and fillers to cake, tent, etc. Out of respect for other guests, all weddings or special events conclude by 9:00pm. A member of the Harrington House staff will be on the premises throughout the event to assist the caterer or the bride.

Deposits and Cancellations:

Wedding & Event Reservation and Deposits:  Approximately 25% of the total wedding/event amount is required when making the wedding/event reservation.  Until the deposit is received, your wedding/event reservation is not confirmed. Full payment is due 30 days prior to event.  If you cancel 60 days or more prior to the event, your deposit less a cancellation fee of $200 is refunded.  If you cancel within 60 days of wedding/event, there is NO refund.  We highly recommend wedding insurance. Room Reservations and Deposits –  When Blocking Three or More Rooms:  Approximately 25% of the total rental amount is required when making the reservation.  Until the deposit is received, your reservation is not confirmed.   Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If you cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival date, your deposit less a cancellation fee of $140 is refunded.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival date, there is NO refund.  We highly recommend travel insurance.
