Brides-to-Be Take Trip Down the Isle
On February 10, 2008 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Anna Maria Island Wedding Merchants will host their first island-wide, strolling wedding festival. Unlike any other wedding show, the inaugural Anna Maria Island Wedding Festival will include vendors positioned at 14 different locations (Harrington House is one of the hosting locations) around the Island. Start the day by registering at the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce, where you will receive a specialty gift bag, along with a map and merchant-specific information. From there you can enjoy free transportation courtesy of the Manatee Trolley or limousine service to any of the Festival sites. Experiences will include first-hand tours of various honeymoon suites, wedding and reception venues, tastings with caterers and bakeries, and face time with photographers and musicians. Two New York-style fashion shows entertain throughout the day from the Aveda Spa featuring the latest in wedding attire. And the Sandbar Restaurant's sunset celebration tops off the event with everyone welcome to enjoy a champagne toast, wedding cake and grand prize drawing for a wedding package. Harrington House
wedding information:
30 people or under
for the wedding only;
24 people for the wedding/catered
reception on our grounds and in our dining room.
Up to 50 people at
the Dodt House property.
This property is next to the main Harrington
House and you can hold the wedding on the beach
and then have the reception under the rental
tent from your Caterer. In order to use the
Dodt House:
- We require a two
(2) night minimum Friday & Saturday
- All three (3) units
need to be reserved for both nights
The Dodt House units
range in different prices and can accommodate
Two people for:
Suite 1 - $ 279.00
per night
Suite 2 - $ 299.00
per night
Suite 3 - $ 329.00
per night or have an
additional couple stay in this suite for
$50.00 extra (Maximum of 4 people)

CHARGES:
Wedding & Catered event: Facility
fee is $250 per hour – Charges begin
at the time of set up and/or arrival
of the caterer.
Charges end when the event is finalized
and/or caterer departs.
Wedding
Only - Minimum charge for 2 hours
is $500.00 (Includes: setup, wedding
and take down) – If the event goes
over this time, we charge $125.00
each additional half hour.
Simple
wedding - (Bride, Groom and Officiate–
No Guests) - only $ 250.00 flat fee
– up to one (1) hour.
A
member of the Harrington House staff
will be on the premises throughout
the event to assist the Caterer, if
