• Harrington House guests: Full gourmet breakfast prepared by our chef is served from 7:30 to 10:00AM
• Vista Grande & La Casa Villas: guests over 12 years of age are welcome for breakfast with advance reservation with an additional charge of $12.95 per person.
• Extra person per room rate (where available) is $25 per night per person.

• Children over 12 are welcome at Harrington House.
• Harrington House Reservations and Cancellation Policy: Reservations are held with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.  Cancellations less than two weeks prior to arrival will be charged $100.
• Vista Grande and La Casa Villas Reservations and Cancellation Policy:  Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and includes $125 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit. Families of all ages are welcome in our Villas. Please note only registered guests are permitted to use the common area, pool and beach lounge chairs.  Contact Innkeeper for cancellation policy details.
• If your choice of dates or rooms are taken, we maintain a waiting list and will notify you of availability.
• Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
• Harrington House guests: use of bicycles and kayaks (used at your own risk) and games are provided at no charge, based on availability.
• Gift certificates and great gifts for your friends and relatives are available from the Harrington House “Gift Shop”.
• WE ARE A NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. In consideration of other guests, smoking is reserved for outside areas.
