| La Casa Costiera This condo has a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from its balcony and living room. It offers three bedrooms and three baths (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twins), and a grilling facility next to the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. It’s perfect for the whole family! Sleeps up to six or eight with a pull out sofa. Over six persons, additional $25 per person per night charge. Reservations are available for seven nights or more. We welcome reservations for less than seven nights when arrival is within the next two months. Guests of all ages are welcome.

- Harrington House guests: Full gourmet breakfast prepared by our chef is served from 7:30 to 10:00AM
- Vista Grande & La Casa Villas: guests over 12 years of age are welcome for breakfast with advance reservation with an additional charge of $12.95 per person.
- Extra person per room rate (where available) is $25 per night per person.
- Children over 12 are welcome.
- Harrington House Room Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received two weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to arrival will be charged $100.
- Vista Grande and La Casa Villas Cancellation Policy: Contact Innkeeper for details.
- If your choice of dates or rooms are taken, we maintain a waiting list and will notify you of availability.
- Reservations are confirmed with a one night deposit, by check or credit card. MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
- Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
- Harrington House guests: use of bicycles, kayaks, miscellaneous equipment (used at your own risk) and games are provided at no charge, based on availability.
- Gift certificates and great gifts for your friends and relatives are available from the Harrington House “Gift Shop”.
- WE ARE A NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. In consideration of other guests, smoking is reserved for outside areas.
