Anna Maria Island Florida – Holmes Beach Bed and Breakfast

All the Harrington House rooms have cable TV, telephone, refrigerator, private bathroom, air conditioning and free wireless internet. Amenities include full use of the heated pool, beach, bikes, kayaks and of course a full gourmet breakfast prepared by our Chef in our Main House dining room or outside by the pool. Both dining areas have stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

For your relaxing island getaway, we have four houses plus three bungalows each with a different charm to choose from: Harrington House – Main Inn, the Carriage House, the Dodt Beach House, and the Huth Beach House (located about 3-4 minutes up the beach). In addition, we have Bungalow One and Two located directly across the street from Harrington House Main Inn and Bungalow Three another block away. Children over 12 are welcomed at Harrington House.

For families or persons with children under 12, we have several options - our luxury three bedroom and three bath condos: Vista Grande Villas 1, 2, and Penthouse Villas 3 and Penthouse Villa 4 (all with direct Gulf front views) and La Casa # 7 (partial Gulf front view) are rented out on a weekly basis or nightly when available. Both properties have a heated pool and jacuzzi type spa, and grilling area. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and other vacation equipment and toys are available for rent and delivered to you free from a local company. Vista Grande and La Casa guests (over 12 years of age) are welcome to come to Harrington House for breakfast with advance reservations for an additional charge.

Harrington House guests: Full breakfast prepared by our chef is served from 7:30 to 10:00AM

Vista Grande & La Casa Villas: guests over 12 years of age are welcome for breakfast with advance reservation for an additional charge. Villas require 25% deposit to hold reservation plus $125 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit. Balance due within 30 days of arrival.

Extra person per room rate (where available) is $25 per night per person.

Children over 12 are welcome.
If your choice of dates or rooms are taken, we maintain a waiting list and will notify you of availability.
Reservations are confirmed with a one night deposit, by check or credit card. MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received two weeks prior to arrival date.
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
Harrington House guests: use of bicycles, kayaks, miscellaneous equipment (used at your own risk) and games are provided at no charge, based on availability.
Gift certificates and great gifts for your friends and relatives are available from the Harrington House “Gift Shop”.
