Foster Hero 3K

The 2nd Annual Foster Hero 3K walk is a fun time for our community to rally around children in foster care and to promote foster care as a worthwhile community responsibility. Music will be provided by local musician, Joshua Price, and several excellent speakers will shareabout the foster care need in our community. Proceeds over-and-above event costs will go toward a renovation project at one of the local foster shelters or a foster family homes. Register at www.signmeup.com/90766

SCF Music Students Present Spring Fling Concert

State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) Music Program will present an outdoor Spring Fling concert at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 25, at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West.
The concert, which features a variety of music styles presented by talented SCF students, will be held on the performance pavilion located in the center of campus. The public is invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable viewing. No coolers or alcohol will be allowed.

The “BIG” Car Show

Big Brothers Big Sisters is hosting The “BIG” Car Show, Admission to the show is FREE.
The show is open to all makes and models. Prizes and trophies will be awarded in the following categories; Chevy; Dodge; Ford; Kids Pick; and Custom – Street Rods. Registration fee for each car:
