“Discovering Chocolate”

Certified Executive Pastry Chef Dana Johnson will be on hand to present a lecture and sampling of fine dark, milk, and white chocolates. There will be a “guided” tasting where Johnson will show the audience how to recognize the qualities of chocolate. He will include a brief history of this euphoric ingredient and describe how cacao is processed into chocolate. Free. No registration required.
